Key Responsibilities 1. Analyze business requirements, functional specifications and user stories to understand testing needs. 2.Perform functional, manual, regression, integration, exploratory and end-to-end testing. 3.Conduct smoke and sanity testing for new builds, releases and production deployments. 4. Identify, document, track and retest defects using tools such as Jira or similar bug-tracking platforms. 5.Perform API testing using Postman or equivalent tools and validate responses, status codes and data. 6.Validate application data and business logic using basic SQL queries. 7. Collaborate with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects. 8.Verify fixes, perform regression testing and support release sign-off. 9. Maintain QA documentation, test evidence, execution reports and defect metrics. 10.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. 11.Support production issue investigation and perform root-cause analysis with the technical team.
