Registration Data" is the database of all the particulars and information supplied by the User on initial application and subscription, including but without limiting to the User's name, telephone number, mailing address, account and email address. User/Subscriber :- any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the Services of nobrokerage.com (whether on a paid or free basis), and to whom the access to nobrokerage.com is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password.
