THAKUR ASPIRE

Thakur Group was founded in 1979 with the aim of developing a comprehensive township in Mumbai for the betterment of its residents. The Chairman of the Group, Mr. V.K. Singh, envisioned creating a self-sustained community with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The group's first project was the construction of a housing complex in Kandivali East in the early 1980s. Building upon this success, Thakur Group went on to develop an entire township known as Thakur Complex and Thakur Village. This township is located on both sides of the Western Express Highway and has transformed from a sleepy suburb to a prominent area of Mumbai. Thakur Complex and Thakur Village offer a wide range of urban facilities and infrastructure. These include commercial complexes, cinema houses, a bus depot, post office, public parks, sports facilities, schools, colleges, hospitals, a fire brigade station, police station, and banks. The township is fully developed and provides its residents with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
