As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate and driven Business Development Interns to join our team and learn the ropes of digital real estate marketing and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to prospective clients (builders & developers ) for onboarding and partnerships.
• Learn to pitch digital property listing and branding solutions offered by NoBrokerage.com.
• Support the team in creating business proposals, email campaigns, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Engage in client meetings (physical/virtual) alongside managers to observe and participate in business discussions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Track sales metrics, leads, and follow-ups.
• Collect and document feedback from clients to assist in improving product offerings and services.

Business Development Intern - Requirement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in digital marketing and sales
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn
• Must have a personal laptop in good working condition
• Comfortable working on Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
• Bike / Scooter & 2-wheeler license

Marketing Executive Responsibilities

• Edit video content including short reels, promotional clips, interviews, and explainer videos
• Work closely with the scriptwriter, anchor, and marketing team to bring video concepts to life
• Add transitions, effects, graphics, music, and voiceovers where required
• Ensure all video content aligns with the brand tone and quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Laptop is mandatory with the required specifications to run editing software smoothly
• Proficiency in one or more editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge of sound editing, color grading, and motion graphics is a plus
• A good sense of visual storytelling, timing, and creative flow
• Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly

Content Creator Intern

• Create and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Write blogs, website copy, and other long-form content
• Collaborate with the design team for visual assets
• Assist in video ideation and script writing
• Conduct basic research to support content creation
• Monitor content performance and suggest optimizations
• Stay up-to-date with trends in digital content, social media, and real estate
• Laptop is mandatory
• A good sense of visual storytelling, timing, and creative flow

Requirements

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content trends
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of content marketing
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing software is a plus
