Pethkar Projects, formerly known as Pethkar & Company is a registered partnership firm. The firm is into the business of Promoting, Building and Development of real estate for more than 10 years. It had started construction activity by building a society comprising of 72 flats called as ‘Ornate Park' located at Kothrud, Pune, under the township called ‘Balwantpuram'. It is their constant endeavor to listen to customer's needs & wishes and fulfill them by applying innovative concepts to their forthcoming schemes.
