With a rich legacy spanning 35 years in real estate development, Praman Group was founded under the guidance of Late Arch. Shri Mahendrakumar N. Purohit. The group gained prominence for establishing a new standard in the real estate industry with Shreepati Arcade, a 45-storey tower in the heart of South Mumbai. Up until 2006, Praman had amassed construction experience exceeding 1.5 million sq. ft. In 2006, the Purohit family divested their equal ownership in the Shreepati Group, creating their own brand, Praman, symbolizing actions that speak and a commitment to delivering value to customers through Signature Living. Since 2006, Praman has successfully completed two projects, obtaining Full OC and delivering 125 homes, covering a construction area of approximately 1.2 lakh sq. ft. Currently, Praman has three projects under construction with MAHARERA registrations, and an additional five upcoming projects at various stages of approval from local authorities.
