Apraulic Construction Investment and Finance Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1981 with the goal of constructing Maheshwari Nagar on a 6.89-acre plot in two stages. In the first phase, they successfully completed 12 towers with a swimming pool and garden, while in the second phase, they built 6 towers with a separate swimming pool, clubhouse, and party hall. Many contented families have already received possession and are living happily. The final tower of phase 2 is now being offered.
