About Provenance land

Provenance Land is a hospitality development group that previously went by the name Magus Estates and Hotels. They own the Four Seasons Mumbai and Hyatt Regency Pune, and were the first to introduce international five-star hospitality to India. Provenance Land has developed five Greenfield projects in India, which are recognized as landmarks. They are partnering with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to develop Four Seasons Private Residences Mumbai, and have hired a team of consultants with a proven track record of creating impressive projects worldwide.
